How to paint after market fender flares

I just ordered some flares and was wondering the best way to paint them to get a glossy black look cause my truck is black.
They come from the package in a matte black. I'm guessing to find like a glossy spray paint, a couple layers of that them a couple layers of clear coat.

take them to a body shop and have them done right
