How low below MSRP
#41
So when I went back and checked my sales receipt I noticed I was basing my 12k off on my previous XLT that I exchanged (XLT crapped out on me within 24hrs) for the FX4 I have now. The rebates were different for the FX4, but what they did was add extra onto my crappy trade which wasn't worth much (2007 nissan sentra with 150k miles).

Well you know what...... I get tired of the "It didn't happen" guys like Batman420 so here you go. I didn't get a receipt with all the trucks original numbers...... it only shows what I paid. That goes for any vehicle I have ever purchased.
But here is the window sticker with the MSRP and the VIN
And here is the deal sheet.... with the same VIN
There you go.

That statement is totally subjective and really isn't relative. That's just a bull**** comment from a salesman trying to be your "buddy", and distract you with something bright and shiny.
You can never compare a monthly payment of an entry level vehicle, to the monthly payment of a more-expensive vehicle. There's just too many variables between the two payments. Purchase price, interest rate, trade-in value, number of payments, discounts, rebates, negotiations, down-payments, etc.
I don't care for salespeople... particularly vehicle salespeople.

I've only bought one brand new off the lot vehicle. But in MY opinion, no matter the deal, the dealership is still winning. It's just like the lottery =/
Again just my opinion.
Again just my opinion.

Not trying to hijack...but how the heck are y'all getting such good deals??
I've read on here and other places about how they're basically "giving the 2014's away" and in my neck of the woods, that doesn't seem to be the case.
I've emailed multiple fleet managers trying to get a good deal on either an FX4 or FX2 and the lowest price I've had returned to me is $37,500 for an FX2 with MSRP of $44.5k.
Most of them send me quotes of invoice price minus current incentives. Which to me is reasonable, but that doesn't come close to equaling the savings y'all have posted. Are they agreeing to a sales price less than invoice and then adding the incentives to that??

In my area of Georgia, there are $6000 in rebates available. Then most dealers that charge a hefty dealer fees are selling for invoice. Invoice is around 3500-4000 off depending on trim, plus the $699 dealer fee. So its pretty easy to get $9500-$10,000 off in Georgia.

But off topic question, what is the $100 air tax?
