How do I know if I have 3.55 or 3.73?

After looking at my door it looks like I have an AXLE that shows L9 on my brand frickin' new 2013 FX4 someone please tell me it is the 3.73. I paid for the 3.73 not the 3.55. If this is the case what kind of hell am I going to go through to change that out is that a major deal and will I be looking at issues down the road.
