On second thought has anyone reliable seen one of these in person. I keep thinking it's some kid half way thru a lift taking a picture?

I've seen one in the area I drive every day. It doesn't look quite as stupid as the one in the beginning of this thread. I'll have to get a pic of it to put in here next time I see it.

Do they do anything about headlights or just go about thier business blinding oncoming traffic? I can tell some are so bad they'll be lighting up the tree tops.
