Default Help? Thinking of picking up my first F-150

Hello.
New to the forum.
Wanted to ask some advice/opinions from some of the forum veterans.
Thinking of picking up my first F-150.
It's at a local dealership.
2011 XLT Supercrew 5.0 V8 2WD
Has 83000 miles on it, looks pretty clean in person, has clean Carfax, and only had one owner. I guess what I'm wanting to know is are there any problems that the 5.0 is notorious for or things I should watch out for?
I've always wanted an F-150 of my own and this one is listed at $19k and some change. I would just really hate to trade in my 2012 honda accord for the truck if I'm gonna end up having a lot of issues and spending more money needlessly. It wouldn't be used heavily, just the commute to and from work, occasionally carrying my motorcycle in the bed, and occasionally pulling a flatbed trailer.
Any and all help or advice is greatly appreciated. Also, I apologize for the noobiness.

That's a lot of money for a truck with 83K miles. Think you would be better off looking at a 2015 XLT, they are starting to offer some decent discounts. The 5.0 is a good engine, have one in my 2013 STX. With the 2011 you will be looking at replacing belts, hoses, fluids, maybe a water pump or alternator.

Don't trade the Accord. Keep it for local driving to save on Fuel. Get a truck for truck purposes.
