HELP Installed bulldog tune on a 2011 F-150 5.0 and It won't start.
I recently installed a bully dog tune on my 2011 5.0 F-150 and the truck will not start. The screen in the dash is lit up with every error possible and the truck doesn't even attempt to turn over when I turn the key. I keep trying to return the truck back to stock but the tuner freezes when it tells me to turn the key to the run position and I press continue. I have tried disconnecting the battery from the truck for 30 mins, and it's still not fixed. It's like the tune is halfway installed. The mileage is showing -------- for the mileage but sometimes after disconnecting the battery my actual miles still pop up. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I haven't used that particular tuner. I had the same problem once a while back with a different tuner though. I carefully re-read the directions and realized I had skipped a step. I believe it was something simple like switching the key of and on after loading the tune.
Anyway, I would recommend carefully reading those directions to see what went wrong, because it sounds like that could be what is happening to you.

You might have a bad unit. Very rare but it's possible. Anyway, I hope you took my advice and went back over the steps. Would be a shame to have to wait until tomorrow to find out it was user error.

Do you have a battery charger on the truck? I've heard of some of the trucks running low on battery power while loading a tune.
