Default Help with 93' strut tower

I have a 1993 F150 4x4. The passenger side is leaning a little. I noticed that the top of my strut/spring tower is rusted through. I recently went to the dealer and they said its an obsolete part and can't help me. I'm wondering if there is a company that makes oem replacements, or a website with replica ones I can order. If there are none, does anyone know of other years or brands that may fit that I may order. Short of going to the junk yard and having to grind the rivets, drill and tap the bolts. I'd rather just do it one time on my truck only. Thanks

Take a look on this site. There not cheap but it saves the hassle of going to a junkyard.
