Headlight advice
I have a 2013 STX and am looking into getting some HID headlights to go along with all of the black that comes with the truck's trim. Any advice as to what to get? I've looked into Ford's, but am not looking to spend that much money.

properly retrofitted HID projector headlights > 2013+ Ford OEM HID projector headlights > stock Ford halogen headlights > scented candle as headlights > crappy 3rd party projector headlights
IMO, save your money until it can be done right. plenty of HID threads in the lighting section on this forum.

Don't settle on 3rd party. Save that money and keep saving until you can have OEM. You can find them being sold on here for under $800 full plug and play, once in a while.
I just got some and got them working properly last night....and......aaaaawesome.

I am using Black LED Halo Projector Headlights in my truck and its working good and look attractive. HID lights are much brighter than current LED configurations. But I drive approx. 220km per day on heavily salted roads that why I use LED. They last much longer, very small semiconductor chip runs an LED, they are very durable and tend to last many thousands of hours.
