Default Headache rack

Hi all, I'm thinking about getting a headache rack for my 07 reg cab. The only issue is that I have a tonneau cover on my truck. I also don’t want to spend more the $200. I have seen some of the brackets they make for trucks with tonneau covers, but they cost $150 alone. I dont have time to make my own so are there any cheep ones out there?
