Hard downshift
Was just at the Ford dealer last night, this appears to now be a TSB, basically they have to reprogram the computer and it will fix the hard shift, I own a 2015 F150 with the 2.7L Ecoboost(3,900 miles on it), had the same hard shifting problem, mine goes in Tuesday to get fixed

I'll get some help on this end for that shifting concern. PM your name, best contact number, VIN, and dealership information; I'll get this on over to your regional customer service manager for assistance.

Hello, My truck is occasionally having a hard down shift from 5th to 4th. It is worse when is sport mode and to a lesser degree in town/haul. It typically occurs when I'm slowing down or going about 40mph but doesn't happen all the time. I had my mechanic look at the transmission and he couldn't find anything wrong with it. I noticed some older threads which mentioned a TSB for a computer glitch. Does anyone know if the TSB is still available?
Thanks!
