Not too bad of a deal.

I paid $14,700 for my '06 with 48k at a dealer last year.

It is an acceptable price. The cheaper the better though.

i alwasy go in and offer them 5k less than what they want for it, the worse they can say is no with a counter offer! go in and offer 10k and if they take it then great!!! if not, they will just counter it! also dont go in all happy to get the truck, then they know they can stick you on what ever price they want, if you stand firm at 10kwith pre approval or cash/check in your hand, they are more willing to. esspecially in this economic time!

When though?
Also your truck is the old body style and this one is a newer bodystyle so that plays a part in value too.

I just got an 05fx4 a few days ago with 65k for 13000 even. I think I got a good deal. (private sale)

My friend got an 05 Larait at a dealer with heated leather and a sunroof with 80k for 15100.

It is a fair price though, its worth whatever your willing to pay.
Hope this helps
