Default Good deal? 2003 Supercab

Hey guys, I've been trolling for a while and I just found the truck I want here. Let me know what you think. I'm going to look at it tonight, selling my current car tomorrow morning, picking up something tomorrow afternoon. Is it a good deal, anything specific I should look for (I'll look for rust and bondoed rockers), thoughts opinions anything else appreciated.

The truck is very clean, and seems to be in good mechanical condition. Can you show me any other trucks like that which are going for 4k? I haven't found any with the options this one has for any less. What brings it down in your opinion?

yeah i agree way to much..........7000! i paid 9400 for my 00 lariat 2wd scab with 56K at a ford dealership. it also included true duals, matching bed cover, and spray in bed liner. that one may be newer but mine does have much less miles and a 5.4 w/automatic

Yeap I agree as well..WAY to much for that truck..I picked up my 97 f150 XLT supercab with a 4.6 auto and only 60k miles for 7k with over 100k miles on that truck I wouldnt go a hair about 4000-4200.

How about the fact that it's a 2003 with over 103k miles on it, that works out to over 17k miles a year if it was purchased in 2002. Could be alot of highway mileage, but you just don't know. Also it's got the smaller 6 cylinder engine in it, nicer on gas, but less on power. Speaking of gas, it's over $4 a gallon, another negative in today's market when it comes to trying to sell trucks.

Well I've been looking for a month and nothing I like better has shown up here in Houston. I want the manual v6 for the mpg, and I really want the power windows. Everything I've found for less has crank windows and vinyl floors. I appreciate the input, and I'll definitely be stopping in at every dealership on the way to sell my maxima, but looks like I'm gonna go for it.

By the way, I did get it down to 6500 out the door and I'm getting new tires and a bedliner sprayed in.
