After being installed for 6 months both aluminum mounting brackets broke it the exact same place. Not sure what kind of stress it was under to do that but now I'll have to track down a couple more. Seller I got the bar from on eBay is a good guy to work with so hopefully find something there. If I didn't know any better it almost seems as if someone was trying to rip the bar off by torquing it down (not twerking &#128515

I appreciate that and will DEFINITELY take you up on that offer. I am going to be getting a new company/personal truck so I will be trading my current one in, light bar has to come off anyways so a replacement will take its place on the new truck!

Do you have D2s or their equals tucked into your headlights?

My brackets broke too just like that about a month ago. Thankfully my brother in law is a machinist so he milled me some out of stainless steel. I think the vibration is just too much for those cheap brackets they come with. But my light is still going strong.

Yeah my light works great. Just points straight down. Going stainless is a good idea. Gotta find me a machinist now!

Bought a 20 " 120 Watt of eBay for $ 61.00. Mounted on middle support of my grille guard. Liked it so much I replaced it with a 34 " 180 watt, again off ebay for $ 83.00. I have HID bulbs in my Anzo aftermarket headlights. When the LED light bar is on, I can barely see the headlights. Lovin it.

tom1471 any pics of your setup? Who did you buy your light bars from? I'm all about finding a deal but want some quality to go with it.

BlackBison, I bought off of eBay. Cree model 34 " 180 Watt. Cree is top line LED imo. Pictures when I figure out how. Just bought in October, 2014 Silver SLT screw. So far. mods include ARE cap, 4" Stainless Nerf bars, Westin Sportsman Grille Guard ( we got ALOT of deer here ) ANZO projector headlights with LED halos, Anzo LED taillights, All interior lights replaced with blue LED's, mud flaps, added Cree LEDs for back-up lights, and of course the 180 W Cree light bar mounted on the grille guard. Windows and top of windshield were tinted today. Flares are on my wish list. ( I asked Santa )
