Default Rear suspension sound

I have a 2017 Ford F-150 2.7 supercab 2wd, got a 4” lift by halo lifts. I’ve been noticing what kinda sounds like I’m driving over a loose sewer drain or something coming from either the back middle portion or near the rear suspension area. I only notice it at slow speeds when I’m pulling into my apartment, smooth pavement. It’s hard to pin point while driving. Would anything in the suspension make sounds like that? The front suspension had a bad sound that ended up being the uca bottoming out on the frame because the c/o is adjusted too high. This is not the same sound I just thought I should mention so it doesn’t get flagged for a Duplicate post. I’ve only had the truck for a few days I’m very new to all the components so any advice is much appreciated!

I also just looked under the car and at the suspension, not 100% sure what to look for but I diddnt notice any loose bolts or anything. I did notice something leaking on the passenger side suspension. First 2 photos are passenger third one is driver side both rear.

Blown shock. Did the rear blocks come with suitable shocks? Or are they OEM? The shocks mount to the axle which now has more drop compared to the top body/frame mountings. KM

Up to you but it's not working as a shock now. You will need to match the shocks with the amount of lift installed. KM

I will look into some new ones, is it okay to drive on for a month or 2? Just city commuting. Also could that be the sound I’m hearing?

Don't have physical access to your truck, but I'd wager the shocks bottomed out hard, enough to blow the bump-stops/seals resulting in no damping action and possibly metal to metal contact resulting in wear/noise. Driving with compromised parts is your choice and responsibility. KM

I also made this video to get a better understanding of the sound. I notice it’s worse when turning right.
