Default Can I retrofit the 2013 f150 Hid lights onto my 2010 xlt

I really like the new redesigned 2013 hid lights and want to retrofit them onto my 2010 f150 xlt. They seem to be same shape with new guys, but I'm sure the hid will require extra work. Can i get it done

The plugs are different. You'll need a harness to make it work. One of the members on here makes and sells them. Other than that, it's all plug and play.

You're looking at about $1600 for the whole setup, from what I've seen.

Lights will be around $1200-$1400 I believe. Then you have to purchase the bulbs, ballasts and wiring. It is around $1600ish when all said and done. Check with Tuxedoblack11 on here. He can get you it all and a price.

Talked to 2 different Ford Stealerships and both said they will carry the 2013 hid's for previous year F-150's as a kit it'll plug n' play too, but it will run about 2 Grand for everything!!!

For $2k for the dealership to do it, I'd say you're better off talking to Tuxedo or Bilinvic to have them retrofit your current setup to look pretty similar to the 13's for around 800, dont quote me on that price tho, but it'll be significantly less than what the stealership is asking

And the retrofit will be far better in performance. The factory HIDs are crappy.
