Fuel line quick connect repair
A former owner didn't know how to remove the quick connects on the fuel filter so he cut the hoses and re clamped them with hose clamps. I can not find new fuel hoses so.
Here's a picture of a proper fix so that you can reuse factory quick connect fittings again. 5/16" steel line to 3/8" vinyl fuel line. I did not clamp the vinyl line and it does not leak. You could also use compression fittings on both ends as well.

They actually have a special tool for repairing those lines, I've used it multiple times when I worked at a dealer.
This one is similar but does the same job. .

I didn't have enough vinyl line left over to install the quick connects. I had to cut the 5/16 steel tubing in order to splice on a new vinyl line and quick connect. I did't know that the tooling was that cheap though .Thanks
