Default Front wheel bearing ?

I have a 2007 2 wheel drive flare side F150 XLT over 200,000 KM on it when I turn right I get a slight vibration through the steering wheel and a rumbling / whining noise from the front wheels if I straighten up it goes away and it does not do it if I turn left !!! Is this a front left wheel Bearing giving up or the right ??

jack it up and spin the front wheels. listen to the sounds it makes (grinding noise) and feel for any resistance.

If you hear it when you turn right it will be the left--almost always. I have 345,000 on my 97 and I have had this happen on this truck and several other vehicles.

Check to see if you have a dragging brake caliper. One of the quick and dirty ways of DXing this problem is as you are turning and it starts to make the noise hit the brakes and see if the sound and vibration goes away or changes in anyway. If this happens pull the calipers and check for a seized caliper piston, and make sure the caliber it's self is floating. The inside caliper has the piston and when braking pulls the other half of the brake caliper and brake pad into the rotor if the caliper is frozen in place it tends to drag. The noise and vibration happens when the wheel turns into this dragging outside caliper. or on the opposite side into a seized inside caliper. Oh yes and I almost forgot the brake pad also comes with a wear indicator, that makes noise, and vibrates when the pad wears down and this piece of metal starts to scrape on the rotor. This wear indicator tends to be left off of subsequent brake jobs if the mechanic doing the job likes to cut corners.

125,000 miles is well with in the wear cycle of a well greased wheel bearing especially in a 2 wheel drive front end, that is as long as you aren't doing daily drives down an ocean front hunting for a bathing suit optional beach.
