Default Front end clunk when wheels drop

Hello everyone,

After installing a 2.5" leveling spacer a while back, I noticed that when going over larger humps in the road at a decent speed, or when there is a slight elevation drop in pavement at decent speed, the front end has a clunk as soon as the front wheels drop from the truck due to going from a higher elevation or as soon as the front wheels get over the tip of the hump. http://tradevenue.se/

Any ideas on what it could be? I checked all the bolts for everything that was touched and they're all tight.

Also, could be unrelated or more helpful information, when backing up or pulling forward at 70-100% full turn at a very slow speed (parking), I can notice the front end raise a bit, then sag down some.

Thank you!

Spacers = bad.

The upper control arm most likely is contacting the coil on the strut. My father had the same problems until he replaced with Fox 2.0 coilovers

Speaking of "more helpful information" .....

HINT/TIP: Put your -COMPLETE- vehicle information (year, model, cab, trim, engine, wheelbase, _x4 drive, mileage, modifications, etc., etc.) in your signature -OR- provide it in your posting(s).

It is either your UCA slamming against the strut spring because the suspension is over extended or shock bottoming out in the barrel. Most likely the UCA. One of the reasons I no longer use spacer kits, but in any case I would never install a spacer greater than 2".

I think it is a bigger problem with the forum's website. Your signature is blank and so is everyone else. However, it is interesting that my signature showed up after I responded to your post. I am on a PC and not mobile phone.

If my sig' appears -blank- to you, you have a browser issue.

It's there using IE, Firefox, and Edge (Windows10)
