My new 2014 FX4 came with the 20" Premium Painted Aluminum Wheels with Pirelli Scorpion 275/55/20 tires. I would like to keep the wheels but go with a better higher sidewalk tire. Any suggestions. I am putting the 2" leveling kit on next week.

If your putting a 2" level kit on then you could (could) fit up to 35's if you wanted to you just need to trim a little out of the wheel wells and front valance. Also you need to make sure you have the correct offset otherwise you will rub at every turn.
