Lightbulb Ford's Spark Plug Issue

Has anyone changed there plugs in a 2004 or newer F150 recently, and had the expence of a top end head removal??? Perhaps we should petition Ford to do something about the "stupid" spark plug they require. I just did the plugs on my truck $695C $700US to replace them early to avert the seized and broken issue removal, fortunately the tech only broke two off that were siezed in. Why should Ford not change the plug so that it does not come apart in the hole. It's a poor design and as much as I love the truck we shouldn't have to pay for a $2000 top end job as well. Comments???

There are many threads about this on here, and many solutions, like revised one-peice plugs, and special plug removal tools.
