looks like they change your oil, rotate and inspect your tires,check your air filter, inspect your brakes, test your battery, check your belts and hoses, and top off all fluids

its just a gimmicky way for them to sell you a normal LOF service. Its not really a scam because routine maintenance does help you maintain good mileage and is good for your vehicle but its a tricky way to get people to buy the service.
