Default Ford Customer Service

Called customer service four time about a problem with new Ford F150. If the answer is not in the owners manual they can not help you.
Does anyone have a better way to contact Ford with problems?

Already went to the dealer. Griffin Ford Waukesha, WI
They offer exceptional lip service, but can not help with the problem.

Bought 2015 Ford F150 with 3.5 ECO, 3.55 axle, tow max
Having swaying problems towing a 5,600 lbs travel trailer.
Towed same trailer with 2004 F150 with no sway problem.
2015 does an awesome job with towing power, but the sway is scary.
Called Ford customer service and they looked in the owners manual for reference to fix the problem.
Built Ford Tough?

Max Tow? So you should have E rated tires correct?
Have you checked your tire pressure?

Have you set up your trailer in the truck settings?

I don't tow, so just throwing some things out there. It should definitely haul better than the '04.

You probably don't have the trailer set up correctly.

A 2004 F150 is not a 2015 F150

They are not the same.

What are the specs on the trailer what's the trailer air pressure? Is there any sway control or weight distribution? What are you towing? Also what speeds is the sway at it could be a lot of variables please provide some info. Also keep in mind these trucks are lighter and that makes a difference.
