Question Feels like my rear end is locking up?!

Okay this may be hard to describe however I will give it a shot anyways.
I have a 2011 3.5L Ecoboost and over the last few weeks when I am rolling usually second gear it feels like my rear end locks up or abruptly stops for a seconds. It is not the safety recall issue I had that fixed..This is entirely different. My truck does have a TSB out for the slip yoke which I get greased every oil change with Ford , maybe it has something to do with that? I called my dealership about it and they told me to try to make the truck do and figure out how to make it do it to show them so they can diagnose it.
Does anyone have ideas wtf this could be?

I would confirm that the slip yoke is or has been greased. I can't imagine the oil change guys are doing that as part of the oil change.

Possibly your limited slip differential is starting to act up. Is it worse when turning (even slightly)?
My '11 F150 had to have the clutch packs done 3 times. What you are describing is similar to what it feels like with this issue.
