Nope...those chunks of mud were thrown up there by the Toyo MTs ...not by human hands Thats what some offset rims and Mud terrains will do.
If you look at the picture you can see both sides are about the same with the mud chunks on the sides of the hood from the tires flinging it up. I've had some monster chunks of mud land on my roof on really sloppy roads. Hearing that thud from the mud hitting your roof makes you smile
Here are a few more angles. The one from the rear shows how much offset I have with my rims and tires which allows it to really throw some mud.

no but I plan on it eventually. I'm actually finally going to get my Montana drivers license in about 4 hours, I just moved here 2 months ago. so I don't know if I'll be able to get a fishing license yet this year.

nice i go up there once a year usually to visit my brother who lives there in bigfork. use to be all over the west side of Montana when i use to live there.
