Default Fan stuck on high

Have seen similar issues but not exactly. AC only blows on high, max AC will not allow fan speed adjusted. All info points to the blower motor resistor . Replaced it and it blows intermittently , on off on off continuously . Have gone back with full blast all the time for now. Possibly a relay or the motor itself? Should have mentioned it is a dual zone climate control.

I am having the same issue. There can only blows on one speed. I can't adjust it in auto mode or adjust the speed at all.

Meant to come back with the solution. It was the resistor. I tried 2 after market with the same results. Bob Tomas Ford tech said he was 99.9%sure it was a case of OEM needed. He was right . O'reilly's took it back with no argument and did say it was not unheard of with that part. Sometimes you have to pay for what you get.
