Default factory sub pop when ac or heat on.

hey everyone..first post on here, just got my 08 xlt a week ago and love it..came from a ranger fx4 lvl 2. something i have noticed on my truck, when i am running the a/c or the heat, every 2 or 3, sometimes more, minutes a very soft "pop'' comes through the sub...with the radio down.. it doesnt seem to coordinate with bumps or anything so i dont think its a short, but definately some kind of interfearance, anyone have any ideas? ps i did make an effort to search this topic but there are about 3021993394029 squared posts all pertaining to aftermarket headunit installs when it comes to the factory sub. so was unable to find this issue as my head unit is, and will remain, stock. thanks guys any ideas are helpful!
