Anyone else order a Green Gem Metallic?
I frequent a lot of the posts that have pictures attached just to see what everyone is buying/mods. I haven't really seen any 2012 Green Gem's at all...not very popular yet or just too new?

I work for a dealership parts dept and the guy who preps all the new cars has his bay directly in front of my counter. I have seen green gem super dutys and other vehicles, but no F150's yet.
its a very pretty color in the sunlight, but it looks black otherwise. on a base model truck it really doesnt look very flashy or special. its just green. but put some chrome on that truck and it really brings out the sparkle in the paint. it really makes it pop. I am more of a mono-chromatic type of guy, but green gem is one of those colors that really needs chrome to go with it

I didn't wait long enough!
My first ford was the forest green with chrome and I loved it! Wish I could have had the Green Gem this time around. Haven't seen any F150's but I did see a superduty like the other poster said and it looked awesome!

Had a 94 Explorer sport that was dark green met, 5 speed loved that vehicle. Drove that thing across country 3 times, then it drove the roads of Panama & Costa Rica when I was stationed in Panama Canal in 97.

love it or hate it!
Haha...well I certainly have found that people either absolutely love it or absolutely want to puke from it^^! I went with the Chrome package as well with it because of that "pop". My current 2011 Jeep Wrangler Sahara is almost the same color minus the shimmer in the sunlight. It has black/tan two tone interior and almost looks like a forest ranger mobile. This is exactly the look I am going for (guess its just my outdoorsy lifestyle coming out). I also went with the pale adobe because of that. It is being built today and should arrive in a few weeks...very excited!
