Is it just me, or do those pics look horribly photoshopped?

I'm going to call BS

edit- looked at it again, I'm almost positive those pics are photoshopped... top right, the gravel just doesn't look right... and bottom right, the tire is clearly photoshopped

The top ("before") pic does not even show tire marks in the gravel. If someone got it stuck there, where are the tire marks?
