Default f-150 tail light problem

I own a 91 f-150. The rear tail lights (including blinkers and back up) stopped working. Fuses are o k and bulbs too. Anyone got an idea on how to fix it? thanks, jim

I would get a multi-meter and check for voltage at the bulb sockets. If you do not have voltage, then I would suggest tracing the wiring from the tail light assemblies forward. You're most likely gonna find a short somewhere.

Suggest looking for a bad ground. Power to bulbs, come from different circuits, but use a common ground. Black wire is ground on Ford systems.
