exhaust rattle
I had borla high flow cats put in nearly a year ago and I started hearing a rattle yesterday and I went under the truck hitting the pipe lightly to hear what was rattling and when I hit the cats they rattle and when Im driving down the road that's all I hear so what should I do its really Damn loud and embarrassing I feel like if I take it back to the shop which did a horrible job with everything nearly a year later there gonna be like you off roaded it or bla bla bla I have no money to get it fixed and I don't want them to even touch it cause there just gonna mess something else up

Go to Home Depot and buy a few hose clamps for 4" dryer vents. These are stainless steel and will not be affected by the heat. If one is too small to go around the cat and heat shield you can put two together. A little Afro-American engineering goes a long way. I've done this on a few cars. Beats the hell out of buying new cats.

@Crab ***** thank you ill try it so you take the clamp and just go right around the cat how exactly does it stop the rattle

[MENTION=156657]Crab *****[/MENTION] actually there are no heat shields on where that cat is when I hit the cat itself it rattles not like a heat shield or anything I think...

There should be no rattles inside the cat. If you are getting sound from the cat it is damaged. Remove and inspect the inside. Replace if necessary.
