I just read the first 8 pages of this thread, I still get around 18 MPG, but I have not noticed a decided uptick on the newer aluminum based bodies getting better mileage, now why not?

I towed my 19ft Cuddy Cabin boat, single axle trailer home from storage today. 2012 F150 XLT SCab ecoboost. 12 mile trip my mileage averaged around 15.1 to 15.3. I didn't think that was too bad.

My 2013 EcoBoost FX4 averages 14.6-14.8 with my mostly in town but occasional freeway driving. Straight in town I'm closer to 13.8 and straight highway I was close to 17. Anyone have experience with adding an exhaust and that helping or is it negligible?

I have heard elsewhere that it does help, but I don't know that in fuel alone that it would pencil out.
