Default Edition trucks

I was watching tv the other day and saw that there is a southeast edition truck. Also I've seen the Texas edition truck. Are these basically done at the dealership? I wonder how much more they can chage?

Pretty sure it is really just a badge on the chrome package unless you get a Tuscany or black ops edition.
