Default Ecoboost and high mileage ???

You guys with the EcoBoost V6 and high mileage how are things holding up?

65,000. Not one problem. New plugs at 32,00 and am going to do them again. Over 20mpg average.

Not sure I would consider 65k high mileage. Maybe twice that.

Considering the EB is a modern motor (2011 MY), I'd say that could be considered in the lower range of high.

OK. It's a 2013 with 65,000 miles. Wait till next year.

I'm happy to hear that you have had no problems

If you are averaging over 20 MPG for the life of your 65,000 miles you are either exclusively driving 45 mph from New York to Cali downhill with a tail wind or have the single most efficient F150 ever to come off the line.

It's almost like Ford picked at random who would get an EB that actually got close to advertised MPG. We should create a survey for the forum and analyze the data.
