Easy out/easy access seat on 2011 F250
Guys. I tried the exact directions in the owners manual to turn on the easy out seat function and no success. I do have a large message center but no where does it have seat settings.
"Turned key off and on three times, then activated the power seat, then removed the key" several times and is won't activate the easy out seat. ?
Dono what else to do as this is the only directions that are listed in the manual.

There actually are very friendly people here, the 2011's are still REALLY new and not much info out there. I don't know if your dealer is really far away from you or what, but if it's a close drive you should pay them a visit. I bet if you drove back there they'd help you out.
Also try the 2009-Present section of the forum, those guys are most likely going to be able to help you on this one.

Did see this on a Ford Edge forum:
Easy entry (if equipped)
This feature automatically moves the drivers seat backwards for easy exit
from the vehicle.
1. To disable/enable the easy entry
seat feature, select this function
from the SETUP control for the
current display mode.
2. Press the RESET control to turn
the easy entry seat ON or OFF.

Well hello everyone! Thank you all for the replies.
Yeah, I figured the answer to this one wouldn't be easy to get as the new trucks are too new and features have changed with the technology.
I sure do appreciate the input from you all. I will let you all know if I get the answer figured out!
Thanks again!

I wish my car had this feature because I have to move the seat all the way back in order to get my wheelchair in, but can't drive with it that far back...
