DIY intake system cleaning
I am trying to find the best intake system cleaning i can do at home. So far all I have really found was a 3M kit and an STP kit. The 3M kit has everything you need, and the intake cleaner works through the TB as an aerosol. The STP kit has a liquid that needs to go through your brake booster vacuum line. The problem with this kit is... Where do you get the feeder for this??? I am a clumsy person and I know I can not do a free pour with a funnel at a consistent rate without over pouring and flooding the engine. The Other problem I see with these kits: I don't need a kit, I don't need the fuel additive, nor the TB cleaner ( I have already completed these steps) I just cleaned my TB. First time I have ever done this. I never realized how nasty the intake system can get. So i have a clean TB, but the rest of the intake system behind it are just as varnished, if not more so. I am pretty competent at doing many things myself but I do not want to go through taking the intake off completely to clean it if I do not have to. That brings me to the next question. Do these kits actually work well? Or is a manual removal and cleaning really the best bet?
Thanks for the input!

Ok, but do I need to buy the 70 dollar feeder for it? That is the only style of tool I have found so far that can be used for the STP type stuff.
