If you have an Ecoboost the 8th digit of your vin# will be T.
If you have the 3.7L the 8th digit of your vin # will be M.
If you have the 5.0L the 8th digit of your vin # will be F.

Why would any one with this little knowledge even care what engine they bought .
Open the hood [the instructions are in the owners manual] assuming you can read the engine type and displacement is in big block letters right on top of the engine
