Default Dealer damaged my new truck looking for input

Ok as the title states I took my new truck into the dealer to get my "we owes" taken care of the truck is 6 days old 300 miles in it. I picked up the truck and drove home. Get my daughter set and go out to wash my truck it was dirty. I cleaned it before I took it for service. So u start washing it and notice the paint came off in a large spot, so I clean it and take a better look to find the bumper with a dent the taillight is cracked and the bed side has a 8" crease with scuffs. So call the service advisor and headed there to find the whole service department left knowing I was coming. So I get my sales lady and the sales manager. They look at it and say well the service manager will have to see it. What can I expect them to do . Please any input will help!

I would settle for nothing less than a full replacement of the complete panel.

Don't forget, it could have been another customer that damaged your truck. See what they say and otherwise make a insurance claim. Honestly, this would be easier if you had noticed the damage before you left.

Default Who's zooming who?

If another customer damaged it, it would not have had fresh paint on it trying to cover it up!

Won't make you feel any better but I'm sure they will do right and fix it for you. Ya, they will have to fix and paint it, and give you something to drive for a few days. But if they have a good body shop you won't be able to tell it was ever fixed. Stop by with a couple of six packs for the guy doing the repair. I now take a minute and take pictures of my vehicle before the service writer takes my keys, and they don't mind a bit. I do this with rental cars too. Before and after.

Paint flaked off because the underlying sheet metal got stretched.
