Cruise control query
Does anybody know anything about installing cruise control as an after purchase thing? Couldn't pass on the vehicle, so we grabbed it, but it doesn't have cruise, and being a cruise junkie I'm going bats without it. Costly? Any suggestions?

You didn't say what model and year your truck is. I bought a 2013 F150 XL without cruise and really missed having it. I found this one and was going to try it, but upgraded to a 2014 XLT that already had cruise, so don't know how it works. You just pop out the switches on the left side of the steering wheel and plug this one in, but you do have to have it programmed at the dealers, which will run you another $100.
