It's just got 73k but it started making the noise after I powerbraked it a couple times lol. Slip joint sounds logical .
I have to think it's in the driveline somewhere. U joints can make noise when they need to be replaced, and also the slip joint can make noise or even give a loud clunk. The u joints aren't grease able, unless a previous owner installed some with a zirc.

Youtube, f150 slip yoke noise, and see if it's the same. Lots of videos showing the noise, and how to fix it.
