Default Creaking noise when pulling out

Whats going on F-150 forum group, Can anyone give me any idea on what could be creaking whenever i pull out or i am turning to go up an incline? It only seems to make the creaking noise when i am puttimg torque to the vehicle from a stand still. Its like the torque is what is making it creak, I was thinking it was the leaf springs or something but i tightened the u bolts and still seems to be doing it.

Lightbulb

HINT/TIP: You'll find posting in the
Late Model F150s > 2009 - 2014 Ford F150
section more helpful/appropriate than General F150 Discussion posts.

I like seeing posts from that dork, about as much as I would like a sharp stick in the eye.

I have to think it's in the driveline somewhere. U joints can make noise when they need to be replaced, and also the slip joint can make noise or even give a loud clunk. The u joints aren't grease able, unless a previous owner installed some with a zirc.
How many miles are on the truck?
