Cowling near wiper cowl replacement

Cowling near wiper cowl replacement
Just recently I noticed what appears to be some plastic parts ripped off from their location. I have no idea what they are called but they are placed partly over each end of the wiper cowl and flush with the truck body. The only thing left right now are broken plastic attachment pieces still in place. You can clearly see the torn edges. I have no idea if they tore off by themselves or if they were intentionally pulled off. I did have an oil change at Pep Boys a week ago.
So I am looking for replacement parts but have no idea what these things are called to look for them. I could go into the dealer and ask and I will do that as a last resort. Anybody have an idea what these parts are called?

EDIT: For grins I called a local Ford dealer who said that those were the "end caps" or end pieces of the wiper cowl. They tend to degrade and eventually come off. His quote for the wiper cowl replacement was $240 for both halves of the cowl. Ouch! Dipped in gold are they?!
