Default Coolant leak -'95- 5.8L

Just recently I started to notice the level of the coolant dropping in my '95 with 5.8L. A check of all of the hoses, water pump area, and radiator did not detect any leak source. When I went under the vehicle I noticed a slow drip of coolant toward the rear of the motor on the passenger side, just above the starter (see attached photo).

As best I can tell from other posts is that it might be the ECT (engine coolant temp) sensor but I just want to be sure. The descriptions of it's location that I have make me question this.

If that is it, would replacement most likely solve the issue? Any precautions on removing/replacing?

This is a block heater.

If you live in an area where the block heater is of no use, remove it and install freeze plug. Might consider the other 5 freeze plugs also, at least there used to be 3 on each side of the block.
