I think the reason that 10th gens get a bad wrap is because every 17 year old redneck buys one and plasti dips everything on them and adds ebay light bars and think they have a show truck

I get quite a few comments. Especially from non-ford guys. A employee at a restaurant i frequent told me yesterday that every time he seems the truck he becomes a little more of a Ford guy.

My truck still receives compliments all the time tho..from me..every time I beat *insert every other truck* off the line. My girlfriend seems to likes that better than any lifted, aftermarket exhaust v8, or whatever. And thats the only opinion that matters to me anyway.

One time when my truck was only a couple of months old, I was driving just on the outskirts of town, and I got pulled over by a black and white. First thing I did was check my speedometer, Nope nothing wrong there. Going 72 in a 70mph zone...Surely I wasn't getting a reprimand for 2mph over. Cop gets out and walks up to my window, I rolled my window down only to hear..Is this truck one of those 2011 models with the new engines? I busted out laughing, I couldn't contain myself haha.
But anyway, I explained to him that it in fact was. He asked if I was ok letting him sit in it and check it out. I told him to be my guest! He got in a played with everything from the radio to the power windows. He inquired me about how I liked the new 5.0L and how it compared to the old 5.4L (Which he had in his driveway).
We parted ways after about 30 minutes of shooting the breeze about our trucks. He thanked me for my time and went about his way.
I would say that's probably the best compliment I've gotten to date on my truck.
