Default Clicking Low Battery Relay

Help! I left my key in the 'on' position for about 8 hours and drained my battery. OK, no problem, I thought, so I did the general battery maintenance, terminals, battery charger, etc. I proceeded to Crank the truck ( 01 F150 SuperCrew 4x4) and moved it to another part of the drive way. Well, then, next day, I went to crank it, and the interior lights come on when you open the door, BUT when you turn the key to crank it, the Low Battery Relay begins a Click, click, click noise and the interior lights go out and then Nothing. When you go to put a battery charger on, it appears to take a pretty good charge. Go figure. I even disconnected the starter to see if it had shorted out, but same ole click, click, click when I opened the door. I have Charged the Battery, I have put in two other Batteries, one out of my son's 03 F150, but each time, click, click, click. I have replaced the Low Battery Relay.
ANY Ideas out there? THANKS !
