Center Console Storage Organizer
Almost wishing I had gotten center seat instead of console on my 2014 XLT SCab.
To me the console looks much better but I’m thinking the seat might be better for small item storage. The console is one big black hole that swallows everything whereas the seat has several smaller compartments that should do a better job of keeping small items where you put them.
Anybody got any cool ideas of how to “compartmentalize” the console for better small item organization?
Feel free to share pictures of how you use your console or seat storage.
Thanks,
Denny

I love the center console in lieu of the jump-seat console thing. Yes, the console is HUGE but it's not hard to organize if you get creative. I also have the little hanging tray that has the coin slot and business card /credit card slot holder thing.
What I do is have some baseball caps in my console, and have them "upside down" so they are like little cubbies. I have each one filled with certain things and just stack them on top of each other. So, if I need something on the bottom, I can just lift one of the hats thats on top, set it on the passenger seat or whatever and get what I need out of the console.
Also, with the ball caps as mini-storage compartments, there's no "banging" around when driving because it's not a hard container that lets things roll around.
