Default Stock height suspension with 275/60/20?

Hey guys, new member, I've been lurking here for a while and I've gone through what seems like hundreds of pages of threads but I haven't 100% found what I'm looking for. Is anyone one running a 275/60/20 with standard suspension setup? I'm not looking to lift or level any time soon but I'd like to fill out the wheel wells a little more. I've currently got an '20 screw FX4. I'm wondering if either Ridge Grapplers or KO2's would fit without rubbing or interfering anywhere.

The 60 series is marginally taller than the stock 55 series.
Many users have that size installed on factory vehicles.
No issues whatsoever.
This is with the assumption of factory wheels too.

They will fit with zero rubbing on factory wheels.
