Default Cylinder head Temp sensor on a 2014 3.7L

Anyone ever replace the cylinder head temp sensor on the 3.7L F-150? How difficult is it? Any tips on how to?

From the diagram it looks like the upper intake manifold at the least has to be removed to get at it. Holy cow what a stupid place to put it.

Agreed. that has to be the dumbest place to put it. With all that open space at the front of the head, easily accessible, and nothing in the way. But lets put it back here where no one can get to it. Engineers have to be the biggest idiots around. I'd like to show this to one and slap him in the back of the head.
