Default CB Radio to what fuse and grounding?

I just got a 2016 F150 SuperCrewCab FX4.
What fuse and how/where should the ground wire go on a aluminum body truck?

CB radio should be powered directly from the battery to avoid interference issues. Vehicles are very "noisy" environments for am (IE: CB) radio. Isolating the power feed eliminates a lot of vehicle sources for noise...

Yup, do this. My past two trucks i powered my CB directly through the cig lighter on the truck. Worked okay but there was always a lot of static and other interference. On this truck I bit the bullet and just wired it straight to the battery and it's a lot better now. Not nearly as much static as before. Just make sure to install an inline fuse on the power wire.

What size Fuse and Fuse Holder should I use?

A lot of radios come with a fuse pre-installed on the power wire, at least mine did. If it doesn't then figure out how many amps the radio draws when it's on and go one size up from that for your fuse. It should end up being fairly small, my radio has an inline 2 amp fuse.

Thanks for the input. It was all little challenging finding a place for the CB.
Will post pics of the Cobra CB install when installation is completed.

I hear you man, it took me a couple days to decide where to mount mine. I'm trying not to drill too many holes when I can get away with it and this definitely posed a challenge. Ended up mounting it where the tray is in the center of the dash. I think it came out okay. Mine is in an 09, not sure how the new ones are.
