Default Can no longer access my Ford Credit account

It says "Because of your account status, we have disabled your online access"

Has this happened to anyone?? We just purchased my 2015 F150 on November 16 and refinanced the truck on November 20th. Was looking to see if it's been paid off already so I can go back to my dealer and get a refund on my ESP and GAP coverage.

Anyone have any insight?

This is SOP. Same happened to me upon payoff and has with every FMCC account I've had. You can call them as well, but it's now a zero balance or a refund is in process automatically, if applicable.

Piece of mind and got a better deal online with the ESP and gap through the credit union

I already called and they said that it's because my truck has been paid off by local credit union and it was "accidentally" disabled. It's back up now.
