Default can i make my own Coil Spring Spacers?

i want a 3" lift on my front to go whith a 3" block lift in the back, but i cant find a 3" spacer. is it simpler to just make my own?

Your upper control arms will be extended way to far......But yes you can make your own 3inch spacer if you know what your doing and have access to a metal shop and a welder

what do u mean buy "upper control arms being to extended"?

you can make anything but the liability is just too much of a risk, IMO just buy them.

the problem whith that is i cant find ones that fit my truck, the only uther option is putting a 2" insted of 3" spacer in front

what year of truck? if you can't find one, probably a reason for it.

better check with your state and local laws, here in nh its against the law to have anything in your springs, leafs or coils.

its a 1998 f150 XL 2wd, and i cant find the right size spacers

i know its not ilegal cus my friends trucks are like crazy lifted whith blocks, lifts everything. but thanks for your consern

why not a 3" body lift

otherwise unbolt your coil buckets and remount them 3" lower, dont forget to add a support or gusset.. we do this on our offroad trucks..
